Since it's at the waterfront, there is always somewhere to park. When you walk in there are a good amount of places to sit, but I wish there more booths because those seats fill up quick. I see a lot of people coming here with computers. The customer service is alright. During the peak of lunch while I was trying to wait to listen for my name to be called, an employee comes through to vacuum. I understand the need for a clean carpet, but there was no spill or excessive mess to be cleaned up. This seemed like it was a routine clean up, which just interrupted many people's lunchtime. Also, when I was ordering a pastry, the employee made me tell her ahead of time which pastry I wanted to get, and usually I was able to be charged for the pastry and then I have a chance to pick out whatever pastry I wanted.
The broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite and the Thai salad was good too, but I like the southwest lime chicken more. I like that the menu includes the calories of each item.
