  • This is the most disgusting display of customer service I have ever witnessed. The staff here is so rude and incompetent. I literally felt attacked by the employees of this store. You ask a simple question and they bark at you. I use the UPS store on Charleston and Buffalo all the time and they are so nice and accommodating. I will never come back here.
