  • After three visits now I will not go back. I enquired about a highlander and they had to take me out back in their back lot to see it as it had not been cleaned or fixed up. I asked for a print out on this and it stated "USED VEHICLE THAT IS IN INCREDIBLE CONDITION" Twice seeing it days later it still had a big dent in the back and was in terrible dirty condition. It's like they have the pint outs in the computer but totally not true. The salesmen are trained well to brag about Bill Luck and how many cars they sell. I just feel it's not right to mis represent like this. They need to train their staff to be more professional.
