  • I had a very simple request; I just wanted my ear lobes pierced. I had them done with I was very young, and they were crooked and quite thick due to scarring. I stopped in one day, and Jessica, the piercer, was not in that day. I returned on one of her days in, and she was very helpful and skillful. I had to wait quite awhile because the people in front of me were getting many piercings, but I bided my time by reading tattoo magazines and listening to the variety of music one of the tattoo guys was playing. Everyone I encountered at Steve's was very professional and very friendly. I left with pierced ears, a goodie bag of soap and salt for cleaning and a great feeling about Steve's. By the way, since I had time for observation, I watched a young man who I think was a tattoo artist cleaning EVERYTHING. I wanted to invited him to my house because he cleaned absolutely every nook and cranny. That is definitely a quality I want to see in a tattoo/piercing parlor. I highly recommend!
