rev:text	3/10/16 had my hair butchered by the little blonde stylist, sorry, didn't catch her name. It had been 7 years since I had my haircut until I went here in January, and Michelle did a great job. I thought I would go back before I go on a business trip next week. The blond cut it too short and when she realized she had cut too high on the right side, there was nothing she could do to fix it. It was uneven on top, I guess she thought I could comb over the butchering. She had Michelle come over to try to fix it, and she told Michelle that the last time I was there in January that the person put my information into their system wrong. The blond didn't realize it was Michelle who cut it last time, and Michelle then corrected her and said she had taken it up too high on the one side. Their response at that point was "at least it will grow back" WTF. She was in a hurry to get me out of there, so when I got home, I found a spot she had taken almost down to the skin on the opposite side. She did not offer to let me see the back, and when I got home, I saw she had taken it up way too high as well. While they did not charge me for this crappy hair cut, they did not offer any consolation, like a free haircut after it grows out, or money to go somewhere else to get it fixed. This person should not be cutting hair, at least not on humans. What is really sad is the blonde's lack of caring, not even an apology. She said she wasn't charging me because the sheet was wrong, she didn't even have the decency to take responsibility for doing a crappy, unprofessional job.
