  • First off the worst GATE system I've seen in a big city. Constant, rampant turnstiles BROKEN. Only thing worse in Toronto, the broken down garbage street containers... The card takes too long to update and add funds. Plus you have to activate through station presto machines, should work via the phone, app. My app and internet webpage still aren't current. Much to improve... Plus for 20 bucks you get it loaded with 16 dollars in credit, 4 bucks for a plastic card!? Should be free, charge for lost and replacements.
