rev:text	Very deceitful experience! Very poor customer service! They advertise "Best Rate Guarantee" if you book through Hyatt.com So I did just that! I then found a better price on Trip Advisor so I called and was told I need to fill out a claim form online. I did just that, and didn't hear anything back so I checked with the front desk at the hotel (during my stay) and I was told that I needed to call the 1-800 number. I did just that, and I was told that if I hadn't heard anything then the claim was denied. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold and then HUNG UP ON! I called back and explained everything (again) and I was put on hold (again) for over 10 minutes only to be HUNG UP ON AGAIN! I called back a 3rd time and explained everything (again). I finally had a manager (Shawn) answer, who was totally rude about the entire situation from the moment he answered the phone. No apology, no compassion, and no leadership skills portrayed what so ever. After receiving the bad attitude long enough, I asked to speak to his manager (Hannah) who I explained the situation to (again) (for the 8th time)! She proceeded to inform me that I was not eligible for the "BEST RATE GUARANTEE" because if I were to look at the terms and conditions, it states that one must submit a claim within 24 hours of booking. I told her that clicked on the the "Best Rate Guarantee" "learn more" button, and I was looking at their terms and conditions and nowhere did it say anything about submitting within 24 hours. She then told me to scroll to the bottom (underneath all of the descriptive paragraphs of which one that reads- "We stand behind our guarantee. If you find a lower, qualifying rate published on another site, we'll not only match it, we'll discount it by 20% for your entire stay"), and click the small print. A new set of Terms and conditions appear and it has all of bases covered to ensure that you will not be getting "THE BEST RATE GUARANTEE"! FRAUDULENT DISHONEST AND TOTAL LACK OF HONOR!
