  • Jul 17 - This report is is in mid-job, so hope it gets better. American Home Shield send this company to do a A/C repair at a home in Henderson, NV, the tech showed up, said very little then seemed angry when a second company stopped by. The IceCube tech left without saying anything, but the tenant then noticed the compressor was not working after Ice Cube tech left.. I phoned the Ice Cube office to learn apparently the coils were frozen, the Tech had done something that would allow them do defrost, and another visit would be scheduled - but he never said anything to the tenant. I am having the tenat call their office directly. There is something wrong with the attitude of at least this one tech, but time will tell if this gets fixed. Tenant called Ice Cube office and was told they had to wait for American Home Shield to authorize the repair and it could take several days or a week before they would be back. So, after paying for AHS insurance, and the $100 fee to Ice Cube, still nothing done, and no date set to fix ? WTH ??? Jul 19 - Now two days later and Ice Cube Air has not returned, has done nothing and the A/C is still broken. Calls to Ice Cube Air, or American Home Shield do nothing. AVOID THESE COMPANIES like the plague.
