  • I was pleased with the customer service from the receptionist and the ultrasound tech. No complaints there. Where I am not happy with is the picture quality and the DVD that came along with it. I paid $86 I believe it was for the package to get pictures, a 20 minute viewing, a DVD video of the 20 minutes we got to see and a CD with pictures. On top of that, I went ahead and purchased the Teddy Bear with the heartbeat sound inside. The quality of everything is TERRIBLE! From the pictures printed to the keychain picture to the heartbeat sound inside the teddy bear. It is all of LOW quality, definitely not worth what I paid. I got ripped off. I'm actually Very disappointed and have seen much better quality before with friend's and their 3D/4D's. I'm 22 weeks and I know I wouldn't be able to get as clear images of my baby boy as I want as he's still developing but it's the picture quality. ALL of the pictures are blurry, the heartbeat sound was not as clear on the teddy bear, I mean. Had I known it was going to sound like that, I would have never purchased them. Nothing against the tech because it wasn't her fault but she even knew the baby looked blurry on the big screen because she had me turn and look at her computer monitor to see the baby clearer. Do not recommend spending your money here. Had I know about this before I would have never driven the distance I did nor wasted my money on these low quality pictures, only to be this disappointed and feel this ripped off.
