  • Living here for a year now and could not be happier to move the move in process was very slow when I arrived on the complex hours later than they originally said, my apartment was not ready. Since then I have had a number of problems with my apartment (air conditioner, disposal, dishwasher, oven) all have broken at some point during my living here. It took them over 2 almost 3 months to get someone out here to fix my disposal (which was giving off an awful smell and leaking into the cabinet) and the dishwasher (falling out of the wall, wouldn't lock or run). It was only when I finally said our move out date was when they got a guy out here. Everyone who works in the office hasn't made my stay any easier the only person I give a thumbs up to is Brooke. She is very helpful. The only time I got assistance or was able to even reach the office was when I decided to leave madera. When you look at it, it is a very beautiful complex and the apartments aren't half bad but when it comes to maintenance I'm sorry to say I wouldn't recommend.
