  • They were doing a special for $10 piercings as it is Steph's last day of apprenticeship - exciting!!!!! Anyway, I have been wanting to get my daith redone, so I figured this was the perfect opportunity. Nick was behind the counter and even though they were super busy, he made sure that he acknowledged every single person that came through the door! Add that on top of answering the various phone calls that were coming through and spending ample time checking in with each individual. He was upbeat and just provided outstanding customer service overall! Steph was also a rockstar! I explained to her that my daith piercing didn't heal well, so I removed it at the suggestion of my piercer and wanted to redo it. She took a look and made some very minor adjustments. Although there was a lot of pressure, Steph was very quick and the procedure was relatively painless. She guided me through the whole process as she was doing it and followed up with thorough aftercare. I highly recommend coming to HTC for all your piercing needs. Their jewelry selection is massive, their employees extremely knowledgeable, prices are reasonable, and the service you receive is top notch! Thank you again, Steph and Nick! Good luck!
