  • I really needed my car checked for an urgent matter, so I stopped by to have it checked since it was on the way and convenient to my home. Once I walked in, Brian, who works the front desk greeted me and was accommodating. I needed a lot done on my car and Jesus, the mechanic did a wonderful job as I am relieved that I can drive safely without fearing something bad could happen. My car had to stay in the shop for a few days, so I was pleased that both Brian and Jesus provided me transportation to and from work. Keith, who is their new manager and Travis, the district manager was also accommodating and contributed to assuring they provided me a good service with them. The employees there have been great and thank you!!! I was skeptical in the beginning because of the bad reviews, but then I was told that, it was due to poor management and old staff members that used to work there. I had to give them a chance so I went through with their services, and overall, I am satisfied with the results. I suggest if you've had a bad experience in the past with them, that you give them a try again as it may not be the same as before. Now, that they have better leaders and staff, I hope they lead by example and continue to provide great customer service. If you're new, don't just judge by others reviews and find out for yourself. Not everyone's experience are the same. Give them a try; it's also convenient if you live around this area.
