rev:text	Based on my initial contact, this place is easily 5 stars. I went to see them at the recommendation of a friend who has a few pieces of their jewelry. I had my engagement ring resized at another jeweler and was worried they'd resized it too small. I wanted another opinion of it and also wanted a place that could re-resize it if they agreed it was too small. I spoke to Lindsay who actually thought the ring is sized perfectly. She convinced me to wear it for a while longer, to try getting used to it. She didn't exactly say they wouldn't resize it, which I appreciate because ultimately it's a matter of my comfort. But I'm heeding her advice and will give it a little longer before deciding. While there, I talked to her about my ideas for a custom wedding band (the engagement ring is custom made and I want something to complement it). She totally got what I was going for and was able to put together a very high level estimate. She seemed more than certain they could do it and the price was a lot better than I had expected. On top of all this -- being knowledgable and confident in their work - - Lindsay was one of THE nicest people I've met in a while. It was so easy talking to her. I'd stopped in a few other jewelers in town and felt like a fool as I tried explaining what I needed. I guess a simpler way to say it is other places felt a little snobbish but this place did not. I see no reason why I won't go with them to create the wedding band. Looking forward to an updated review in the future when I can share those details!
