  • I've heard nothing but great things about this place, but was highly disappointed. First of all, I ordered a delivery through postmates. The first order was cancelled b/c Rollin Smoke said that they were too busy. I called the store and the manager said put the order through again and it wouldn't be a problem. That they were busy but the order would be ready in 60-90 mins. Slow, but I didn't mind much. I thoroughly discussed the order w/ him as the phone call took about 20 minutes. When the order arrived it is completely wrong! I made a $125 dollar order and couldn't even get the order correct. I called the next day to relay my complaint to the manager, but they were closed. I called back a few days later and an associate told me that there was not a manager who could help me nor was there anyone else at the business who could help me that was in the store. I wasted my time and money, I would not purchase again.
