  • I am writing this review for my second visit to Lisa's salon. On the first visit I saw Lisa and it went great. This review is for my balayage with Olivia. I feel bad writing this review because I don't think that my being unhappy is a result of malice or negligence, but simply her shortcomings in this area. Firstly I am Caucasian and I have naturally dirty blonde hair, that already had some grown out highlights from Lisa. My hair lightens super fast and has an ashy undertone, so I have the ideal hair for this process. I asked for a lot of balayage to achieve a blonde overall look. I showed her the picture below. What she did is the other two. Not only was the color not right but the application was so poorly done that it has a straight line. That day was very busy for them and she was simultaneously working on other clients. She had a guy assistant check on my hair and wipe my highlights when he thought they were done which is not right because I was paying for a senior stylist . It was very very rushed, my blow dry was a joke. They booked me in right away for a correction and I believe she made an effort to correct it, but to blend it better she added soooo much toner my hair is brown on top. Finally I just gave up. My hair is bad I'll just keep it tied up... I think it'll fall out if I do it again and Lisa is booked months in advance. The cost was $230ish the first time.
