  • I drink coffee at Starbucks quite frequently, and I always expect a certain level of customer service and drink quality. This place had neither. It was just like going to any random hotel coffee kiosk and grabbing a cup of bland coffee. It's too bad because it's in Bellagio, a beautiful and sophisticated hotel to be in Vegas. When you're amid beautiful surroundings, you expect everything to be as great, but the baristas in this locations seemed very cranky and stressed. Maybe it's because there were so many people at 11 pm getting coffee on New Year's Eve weekend, but if you're dealing with customers especially with a brand that prides itself in excellent service, I wish they were just a little nicer. Pluses are it's accessible from the strip, and it's indoors so you don't have to brave the cold during winter for your cup of joe.
