  • I LOVE Lowes! Just not this one so much. For basics, it's just fine. If you need help, forget it. The help is nowhere to be found...or if you do spot someone with an employee vest, they're usually standing around talking with another employee. If you do miraculously manage to ask a question of an elusive employee, they have no clue. For real selection and service, head out to Cranberry. Can't tell you how many times I've walked out of the McCandless store in frustration and headed up the road to Cranberry! You would think I'd wise up and just skip this location...but it's so close....sigh.
