  • DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! I took a friend who lives out of state to get her completely shattered iPhone 7 screen fixed. They said the LED would need to be fixed too so quoted me $113 and that it would be done in 45 minutes. They also offered me a free tempered glass screen protector if I wrote a 5 star Yelp review so don't be fooled by the rest of these reviews. Please listen to some of the 1 stars. So they lie about the short amount of time they can fix it because they didn't call until 3 hours later saying it was complete. Thankfully I was doing errands to not care about how long it took, but they really should not tell customers a low estimate of time if they cannot provide that service. So I get in and pick up the phone. It looks great! Brand new. So I pay the $113 and I shit you not, 5 minutes after we left the screen went black after putting on a case. You could hear calls/texts, but the screen stayed black. We couldn't even do a hard reset on it!! So we took off the case and 30 minutes later the screen turned on. On top of that, the phone call sensor wasn't working. iPhones have a sensor that when you put your phone to your face to talk on the phone, it's suppose to turn off your screen so your face doesn't accidentally push any buttons. Well this wasn't working so everytime the phone was used on a call, it would make other calls on its own or push other buttons. ANNOYING. So I took it back to the place and you know what the lady said? "Oh yeah we have it on the notes here that your sensor was broken before we replaced the screen. Sometimes the impact on a screen will mess up the sensor". Ummmm okay so why did no one tell us this before we got the screen fixed so we could fix the sensor too? Not even that but she didn't inform us of this issue! I told her I needed the sensor fixed so she said it would be $50. I said I needed the phone within the hour because I have to be somewhere and she said it would be done. I get back to the place an hour later and guess what? The guy is BARELY starting on my phone. She said it'll be another 30 minutes. At this point I'm just like are. you. kidding. me. like why you always lyinnnnnn! (Just never trust them on the time they say they'll have it done). So we get the sensor fixed, but the minute we put on the phone case the screen turns black. I told them about this issue but they apparently didn't bother to fix it. So the iPhone can't function properly without a case. Lovely. On top of that we went to charge it and it feels extremely HOT. Like drop it like it's hot cause that shit gonna burn your hand hot. It was abnormal and never felt that hot while charging it before. The front facing camera is also now blurry so there goes taking good lookin photos of yourself. They offer lifetime warranty, but my friend who took her phone here lives out of state so she can't even keep coming back to get it fixed. It honestly seems like fixing your screen here causes more issues than solutions. JUST SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND DON'T DO IT. JUST DON'T.
