| - I like to give a business a second, third, even a fourth chance to prove me wrong when I encounter problems with their products, service, any aspect of the business. But for me, today was the last straw.
Is there a real manager of this store? If so, why do they have like seven regular checkout lines and only one express line. Is the manager back in cold storage waiting for the disastrous problems to disappear? I was looking for a simple every day item a couple of weeks ago, kidding myself from past experience I went to this store to get a bell pepper. Sorry! They didn't have any in stock. How can a grocery store, a major chain, run out of green peppers - must have been a major run on them for a special holiday! And if you want a rotisserie chicken at 4:00 PM on a Wednesday, don't count on this store to have them available.
It's like, they don't know what the Hell they are doing. But it's not the employees - you can see in their eyes and actions, they are trying to do a great job and it shows. But the manager needs to get a job washing cars.
