  • Abide is one of my favorite Yoga studios in the Cleveland area. Hope, the owner is an incredible woman who cares about her students immensely. She holds the right of yoga for all to a high importance, even allowing those who may not typically be able to afford an expensive monthly membership ($90-$120/ month at a lot of studios near me) to still be able to participate. To me, that not only shows her respect for the practice but also her respect and love for our community. The teachers at Abide are fantastic. They all help to foster a beautiful sense of community as well. You will find that they are all concerned with both your growth as a yogi and your comfort throughout that journey. The support is very much appreciated. Though I have been practicing for almost 2 years, I find I learn something new in almost every class I attend! Thank you Hope for creating this beautiful environment for growth, friendship, fun, and personal discovery!
