  • I really thought I could trust Best Buy on honest answers to my tech questions. Sorry to say that the employees don't know what they're talking about! I felt like they told me everything I WANTED to hear, not the facts. It was pretty obvious that the guy was making up all the crap he told me. I asked if the editing software on my about-to-be camera worked on my type of computer and he said yes. I got home and the camera software didn't work...now I have nothing to edit pics and vids with. I would not recommend to a friend :(
