  • Yuck! We used to go to El Encanto all of the time but the last two times we had horrible food and was warm at best. My beef burro enchilada style was stuffed with more salsa than beef and there wasn't any melted cheese on top of the enchilada sauce. My daughter's Mahi-Mahi was so disgusting that she took one taste and left the rest. (Thank goodness for their chips and salsa; that was the only token star given). I will never go there again since it seems that this restaurant has continued to disappoint us.
