Prieto was our server and he was great. Had the Caesar salad and the risotto dumplings as starters. Both very good. For the entree we got the lasagna and the Tuscan seabass. The Seabass was perfect and the lasagna was some of the best lasagna I've ever tasted. For dessert we shared the Berry sorbet and the chocolate fondant cake which was the perfect level of sweetness and richness of chocolate. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that visits the aria and is looking for a great Italian restaurant.
