  • This place is awful. They have the worst customer service and no communication skills. I was given a 1-3wk completion date. 5 wks later and after several frustrating phone calls, I finally have a finished product. In all fairness, the gates are pretty and the design is the same as promised in the contract. When Brandon originally came to my house to discuss what we wanted , he sounded like a good person/ company for the job. He doesn't follow through on phone calls, updates. Not just with customers, but with his installers as well. The guys who did the install were great. They had to make two trips though, because Brandon didn't communicate with them on how our dog run gates needed to be installed. The girl who answers the main phone for the company is useless. So if you use Brandon Iron,not only can you never reach Brandon, but the girl who answers the phone doesn't know anything. Brandon runs this company like he has no competition in town. There are lots of companies that do iron work in Las Vegas. Do your research, get referrals or read reviews. Don't pick this company.
