I am actually not at all surprised by Vanessa K's review. My experience with pricing was exactly the same - basically just random. Not at all what was estimated for me when I booked the appointment. I felt like I would be cheap if I questioned the random number the sylist wrote down and no itemized receipt was provided.
I also won't ever go back... so unimpressed. Just went for the first time. VERY expensive colour that did not turn out as I had asked. Of course, I then needed over 80$ worth of product to maintain my new ash (read: grey) colour AND I absolutely have to book in for another colour in just six weeks. Cha-Ching. $$
Total bill almost 400$. I hate stylists who push hair product sales and look at you with $$ signs in their eyes, rather than seeing you as a person with hair that matters to you every single day. Now I get to think about the crappy experience every morning. No thanks. once is enough.
