  • Enjoyed a visit with my neighbor in 7 Hills until I realized their pool construction started in January and as of late July, is only in the rebar stage, and the rebar is rusting from exposure. I don't understand the piles of dirt in the yard either. Weeks on end with no workers on site? Contractors can build a home with a pool/spa from an empty lot in less than 6 months.
