| - Stay away from this store! Here is the full story: I bought a laptop from Amazon.com, while waiting for it. I went to this store and bought a briefcase for it, I told them my laptop was 15.5 inch screen, so they sold me a briefcase measured 18" diagonally, but when the laptop arrive, due to the screen was a wide screen, it will not fit, so I brought it back to the store and thinking I will return it and get a bag that's one size bigger. "Grace Mazano", the "expert advisor" (according to her business card), told me that the bag was used, and I can not return it. I told her that I did not "use" the bag, I only put the laptop in it and realized I can not zip it up, so I left the laptop in it to show them that I just need a briefcase about 1 inch bigger, the next size up! SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT SINCE I PUT THE LAPTOP IN IT, THERE IS "WRINKLE" IN THE BAG AND SHE CAN NOT TAKE IT BACK! I was like WTF! if the briefcase "wrinkled" in 5 minutes, then it's defected! This is not what LV quality was suppose to be! Not for $2700! when I said that, she then told me: " OK, I am going to make an exception and let you exchange it. " she brought out a briefcase that was a little bigger, GUESS WHAT! THE LOWER CORNER OF THIS "NEW" BRIEFCASE HAS WRINKLES, MORE THAN THE ONE I WANT TO RETURN!
When I pointed it out, her face turn red and walked away! She told me to call the manager the next day. Seriously?!!! I am within the return and refund period, product is defected, they try to sell me another bag that is also defected, I just emailed the manager, they better made this right!
