rev:text	DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I don't even know where to start with these people. For months we did not have a pool and a gym. Which were promised along with a gated community as amenities when I signed a lease. Pool wasn't finished until mid June and the gym is a joke. The equipment is obviously used and old. They didn't even put in a treadmill. I've been trying for weeks to have someone come replace my air filters,s pray for bugs and fix my screen door and I get nothing. A motorized gate into the parking was supposed to be part of the package and guess what, that did not happen and now residents cars were stolen and others vandalized. These people just take your money and don't care. They are always on vacation on the weekends, there is not 24/7 maintenance and you can never get a hold of anyone. When I moved in Feb. I got my keys a few days early because I was scheduled to move in on a Sunday and I am glad I picked up my keys early because my apartment wasn't cleaned! It was super disgusting pee stains on the toilet disgusting from who.. probably the construction crew. I called to have them clean it and because it was a holiday aka Valentine's day they asked if I minded doing it and they would deduct it from rent. Absolutely not this should have been taken care of before I moved in. Recently a neighbor has had an infestation of termites and the property management company was supposed to treat all units and you guessed no one has called to setup an appointment with any of us.
