| - Highly recommended place to send your kids to.
We had a convention in town, searching for a preschool or a child care for my daughter. We had in mind of a place where she can learn and play during the few days we are in town. We stumbled upon this great place and felt so thankful that they can accept us despite our last minute appearance. Most importantly the place accept drop offs.
We checked out the school personally, and it is amazing! Heather showed us around, explained to us how the school works and she is so friendly and my daughter can't wait to go to school. This school is quite new and there is not much review for the place yet. But after visiting the place, the teachers and experience with kids shows that they know what they are doing and looks like they have been in the market for ages. The place is nicely decorated and huge too, they have a few classes - divided by age group & if they are potty trained or not. Even when they play at the backyard, they are divided by age group for safety reasons. They have time table for all the activities, very well organized - so kids have time to learn, eat and play.
My daughter is 2.5 years old, she learned English, Spanish, phonics, math, science. Every week they have different theme. That week she learned about nutrition. She also how to use a scissors, go to the potty herself, washed her hands herself and return the tray and cutlery all by herself. She brought back artwork everyday and we are so impressed. She also played play-doh and dolls.
It gives us a peace of mind to do our work when we placed her there. We dropped off at 8am - and picked her up at 6pm. Heather is so accommodating and understanding.
If we weren't in town for such a short time, we would put her to school in GLVA permanently. We spoke to a few parents, they love it there and they are impressed how much their kids learned at school.
We will definitely come back here again!
