  • I've been go VIP for tattoo removal for the past two months. First and foremost, the place there is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. They always greet you with a smile, offer water or refreshments, and never go late on appointments. Melanie, the laser technician there, is very friendly, professional, and always has everything ready to go for your treatment. She sets the bar high with her customer service skills, and makes her patient her number one priority. They are military, and veteran friendly which is a plus for me...and I will recommend VIP and Melanie to all my military friends and family for services there.
