  • I rented a home from this company and was disappointed with them. 1. They tried to make me sign a 2 year lease when their advertisement stated 1 year lease. 2. My move in was delayed because they were disorganized and not properly prepared for me. 3. Excessive amount held from my security deposit for damages that I proved were present before I moved in. I followed their protocol for fighting these charges and still don't have a response from them even though I have been moved out for greater than 4 months. I highly recommend avoiding this company if possible. You have many options in rental properties for the Las Vegas area.
