I want to provide a thorough review so I'll provide the positive and the negative. The negative is certainly minimal and really nothing compared to other locations that I've lived at.
NEGATIVE: I thought the $200 administrative fee was a bit much. You also have to pay $15 for an assigned parking stall. I've NEVER had to do so before. Gate access to the complex is a card vs a clicker therefore you have to get up close to the box to swipe the card. When visitors come by, they have to look up my last name vs dialing a number to call me for entry. I asked a few times and was told that they needed my last name. I tried it twice and both times, the gate didn't open. Either my neighbor doesn't realize they live in an apartment complex or the walls/floor is very thin. I know exactly when they get home and where they are in the apartment.
POSITIVE: The office staff move quickly during the application process. I applied Thursday afternoon and was approved Friday morning. They are very friendly and informative about the complex. Leslie initially helped me but Miriam was always there to assist willingly when Leslie was out or busy. The maintenance staff is amazing. On the day of my move in, I had a few issues which were immediately rectified. It was obvious that my happiness was important to them. They made my move in day easy. In fact it was my easiest and I've moved too many times that I'd care to mention lol.
