  • My family has gone to Pho Van THREE times, and each time was a horrible experience. The first time, we entered the restaurant, were seated and ignored for more than half an hour. We weren't even given menus or offered water.. We walked out angry and hungry to nobody's notice. The second time we went, the food was tolerable but we were charged an extra two dishes. The third time there, the service was great although the dishes were really dirty. We were brought veggies to accompany our pho, and to our shock, there was a stem of greens, PER plate. We asked for more and we were charged three dollars for another two crumpled stems. The pho broth was salty. The bo luc lac was not cooked completely. The fried rice was salty. Once again, we were charged for an extra pho and com dac biet (which costed $15). We've given this restaurant plenty of chances, but we are definitely sure that we will never ever come back here again. For those regular customers, CHECK YOUR BILLS.
