  • 2 mo after the warranty on our Maytag washer expired, the thing quit working. Bought from Lowes, so we called them first - they called two companies who were trying to schedule us in later that week. Called this place on my own due to Yelp reviews - Tom asked me a few questions over the phone and said he'd call me back in an hr. He called back as said, found the part he needed, and came out within that hr and fixed it immediately. Called him at 7:40a - part found and job was done by 10:40. Fastest, easiest, best no nonsense service ever. Would definitely use him again.
