  • I recently successfully had my first MRI at this location. All the staff were professional, courteous, caring & competent. From the scheduling to the registration through the actual (open) MRI, I could not have asked for a better experience. I had tried to have an MRI at another company and could not do so. I left before the MRI even began because my stress level was through the roof. Even though I had told the other company that I was claustrophobic at every step (scheduling, registration, etc) and had never had an MRI before or even seen an MRI machine, I was not given any assistance or information to help me prepare for the exam or get through the exam. Insight Imaging was totally opposite. Their website had great information about the actual exam, the scheduler for the appointment went the extra mile to answer all my questions, and the tech that did my actual MRI, Justine, was amazing. She clearly had experience dealing with patients with issues regarding the exam and I felt like she was an active partner with me to get the exam done. Justine did not make me feel "less than" because of my issues and had great suggestions and actions that got me through the MRI (without & with contrast). I don't think I could have done the MRI successfully anywhere else.
