I am glad there are finally some accurate reviews for this Dreaming Summit Animal Hospital. Also, please look at the filtered reviews. These on the front pages are not the only ones.
It pains me to give them even ONE star as they do not even deserve that lowly distinction.
I think as pet owners we are all aware of businesses who simply exploit and take advantage of our love for our animals. If you don't have a problem with a business doing this, then by all means go to Dreaming Summit.
I won't go into specific details, but please know that Matthew Hillbrand is a sad, sorry excuse for a veterinary professional. He dismissed my valid concerns, got visibly angry when I questioned his policies (we had just been in the office and they failed to mention my dog needed a common vaccine, so that they could change us for another visit the following month). This man does not care about animals. He cares about being right and making money. Does this sound like someone you would entrust with your pet's welfare?
He treated me, my dog and family with disrespect and we will never go back. If this review saves anyone and their pet the frustration and disappointment we faced, then I couldn't be happier.
I also think the fact that the doctor is coming on Yelp to openly criticize and insult people who are unsatisfied speaks volume for his character. I regret ever entrusting my dog to his care.
Hillebrand don't waste your time trying to respond, you know who I am and if I have to come back and rehash your behavior in a detailed review (like Lou. R did), I will. We both know you don't want that. We all know what you did. We all know that your pet boarding program is a joke too.
