My loveseat needed repair less than a year from the date of purchase. I contacted the furniture company, and after a month of getting the run-around, I called Chair-A-Medic. The owner, Bob, answered the phone after hours and was very helpful in advising me on the information I would need to gather before calling back the next day. I spoke with Lisa the following morning and she scheduled Troy to come out to my home within the week. They took care of EVERYTHING! They contacted the furniture store and finally got somewhere with them. They ordered the new cushion cover from the manufacturer and repaired it today. GOOD AS NEW! Thank you Chair-A-Medic!
