  • This is one of the worst airlines. They have no phone call reference numbers. They won't take your phone number to be able to call you back, incase the call drops out. You can't contact a specific rep if you want to try and call back "if your call drops out". They take no accountability for conversations in process (hens no ref numbers). And if they incorrectly book your flight you only have 24hours to check to make sure they didn't mess up. They say they record phone calls but don't have reference numbers for conversations. How does that make sense? They are very behind the times and have horrible policies. I will make it my life's mission to not fly United as much as possible.
