  • You don't just go there for a cut and.or color...you go there and get an experience. I was treated with such respect and kindness from the moment I walked in. Kelsey, the front desk receptionist, remembered me from my phone call and introduced herself. Someone else walked me through the salon to give me a tour and tell me what to expect. I was offered a beverage (they have a full beverage bar and I chose a white wine spritzer...it was delicious). My stylist Charde, was so sweet and engaging. I got a deep conditioning treatment along with an incredibly relaxing massage. Once it was time for my cut, Charde took great care to explain to me what she was doing and then had me check my hair periodically to make sure it was just the way I wanted it. I walked out with the perfect cut and exactly what I wanted. I have already booked my next conditioning treatment and will definitely continue to use them for my cuts and coloring. It was genuinely amazing and IMO, you don't find this kind of customer service very often anymore. If I could give ten stars, I would.
