  • Would give zero stars. In a bad area with shady characters and the employees are idiots. SANDRA Was greeting banker and was told to assist me after I waited in line. I waited for Sandra to assist me in a desperate que as she greeted a few more incomers and ignored me after being told to assist me. She then noticed someone she recognized walk into the bank and completely informed me to begin helping her friend. Someone was eventually sent out to replace Sandra - I altered him I was brushed under the rug and needed to be helped. Seeing as I had waited a while and had a 95 year old woman waiting nearby for me. He told me that since Sandra took off to help her friend that everyone was busy and I would now have to wait quite a while because they were all i the middle of "deep stuff" I told Her replacement that I was had waited in two lines and was supposed to be before all of these people and he had nothing to say. Incompetent staff cannot even keep order of their Clients in line and we expect them to work with our money. Terrible location.
