  • I did my research when looking for buyers agents and after looking in a number of places we chose to contact Madison Buyer Agency. We're so glad that we went with Paul! He was extremely knowledgable about the area, was always supportive of us and looking out for our best interest as buyers. He was also very flexible with getting us in to see houses when we could, as we came from 1.5 hours out of town - sometimes with just a day or two of notice - and could only come on the weekends. After having an accepted offer there was a big storm and our new home ended up with more than $10,000 of damage, which the seller's insurance paid for, but was an unexpected event that created some dynamics that we wouldn't have been able to navigate without Paul. He is a wonderful communicator and continued to check in with us and help us with unknowns after we closed on our house. We don't plan on moving anytime soon, but if we did we wouldn't imagine going with anyone but Paul.
