  • Our homeowner's insurance sent this company to us to repair the hot water heater. They came on time and then told us they would have to order the part. Jennifer called the next day and told us the part would not be in for several days. When we indicated that this was not acceptable, their attitude and response was 'too bad, so sad.' Needless to say, we cancelled the appointment. Use this company at your own risk!
