  • Where would I even begin... I'm being held hosts by Cox Communications. I can't get a dish because my patio doesn't "face" the correct direction! It doesn't matter what information I get from Cox it's ALWAYS BAD information cuz I could call 10 mins later and get completely different info & being told whatever I was told was incorrect no matter what! Prices quoted! HA! I've taken down name dates etc & they still don't back up what I've been previously told or they do then I get the invoice and it wrong & naturally always higher! They've "lost" payments. They've lied. Ive literally been forced to call them every few days for the last SIX weeks and it's been nothing but a battle! Especially since I down graded my service!! It TOTALY feels as if I'm being punished trying to save money while being on fixed income (SSDI) it's adds so much stress to my life it's unreal! When you try to explain it to anyone they just transfer you to someone who literally doesn't give a crap! So now my DVR isn't recording the shows that it's been recording for the last year uninterrupted of course they will require sending so robe out for of course a HEFTY FEE! So they don't back up their equipment either! They don't back up ANYTHING! I've gone to streaming tv bs cable and that's pissed them off so they're making my life miserable! SHAME ON YOU COX COMMUNICATIONS... SHAME ON YOU! AGAIN! Lies lies lies. Got my first monthly invoice since I down graded my services. You guessed it $30 MORE than what I was told so I went they a bunch of B. S. To downgrade & it saves me $7.00 a month new price was quoted at $89+ statement says $126!! Originally i was paying $132. RIDICULOUS!!
