  • I had a groupon for Izzazu and although the stylist was nice, I overpaid. I had a hair cut and color. My appointment was a month ago and the color has completely faded. My roots are now no better than they were a month ago, before the appointment. I get better results from a box of color (which disappointed me). The stylist took a long time looking at my hair, and determining what to do. I told her that I was trying to grow it out. She asked me, "are you sure." I responded 'yes" and she proceeded to cut it short. The hair cut was not what I wanted that I went home and fixed it by cutting it myself. I can't wait until it grows in and I can get it fixed. At least that will grown in. I thought I had a good deal with the groupon. It was not a good deal. I will not go back and will discourage others to spend that much money and not get what you want.
