  • Ok, I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have a dog that gets sick a lot, so I've used NUMEROUS carpet cleaning companies. Never have I worked with a company amazing on all levels like Royal. First off, I love how they are willing to accommodate customers in all ways, even communication. After inquiring on Yelp, I asked them to text me only LOL. I was able to get quote, negotiate, and schedule all via text!!! Also, they were very accommodating when it came to switching appointment times. The actual carpet cleaning service absolutely knocked my socks off. Greg arrived right on time and I was totally sleeping and forgot about our appointment. He was so patient and tolerant when he arrived. He was pretty much the first carpet cleaning company that didn't seem like he was in a gigantic hurry to leave. I'm pretty sure that that little extra bit of relationship cultivation me feel like a loyal special customer right off the bat. I had let im know prior about the pet stains and walked the house with him to show him the problem areas. Then, he went to town! He made an effort to move things off the carpet. He was able to completely remove EVERY pet stain!! There isn't even a faint mark. The smell was fantastic - fresh and clean, but over powering. AND, the carpet was dry within a few hours. I've never ever had carpet dry so fast!! (A different company I got a quote for and did not use because they were way over priced, tried to use their "speedy drying product" as a selling point for the price. But, Royal's regular price includes that!!!!) Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Royal Carpet Cleaning!! I like to get my carpets cleaned quarterly, and I'm so thankful to have found this company to work with!! I suggest to use them as well!
