  • I rarely write these reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. I recently took my vehicle to the Centennial Hills Fabulous Freddy's for the full detail. Long story short- I was not very happy with the job that was done. I left because I had been there a long time and needed to get home. The next morning I had a chance to fully inspect the vehicle and after thinking about it I called and talked to Rachel Barboza the Wash Manager. That turned out to be a very good move! Some people may have wrote a nasty review and never went back but I figured hey maybe the person who did the original detail was having a bad day who knows? Anyway, Rachel handled the whole thing very professionally and told me she was glad that I called and to please come back so they could solve the problem. I returned and talked to Rachel. She immediately put a nice young man by the name of Kalub Lee on my vehicle and she assured me that he would do a nice job. Kalub was Awesome! My vehicle, a GMC Jimmy is now standing clean and proud and smells like a new car! Thank you again Rachel and Kalub! I will be back when I need another detail for any of my vehicles! I would have gave them 5 stars but I did have to come back so just 4 stars -this time. Dave A Las Vegas, NV
