  • I'm seriously trying not to be that person that writes bad reviews all the time but for some reason customer service is just a rare commodity these days. Came in with my boyfriend one night around 9 pm, I worked nights at the time. I understand that establishments that close at 10 are trying to do that but your hours are posted at 11 am to 10 pm, not 9:30 pm. This particular night there was a really ballsy girl working and I don't quite remember her name but it started with a J. She made my boyfriend his burrito and it ended up ripping due to all of the fillings. No biggie. She then asked if he just wanted it like that, wanted it re-wrapped or if he wanted it double wrapped and he didn't hear her so I asked if she could double wrap it so she wouldn't have to go through the hassle of dumping out the thing to wrap it brand new. Sounds easy enough right? Well, since my boyfriend wasn't the one that responded, she started giving out these weird vibes like she was pissed off and then she started making comments. My boyfriend being a very vocal person told the cashier when we were paying for our food that the girl making his burrito had a problem with him and the girl who made the burrito literally stared at him like she wanted to fight him. At this point he was livid. We sat down to eat and another couple of customers walked in to order. Like I said before since this is a common thing for food service workers that we have dealt with, I told him to not make a big deal about it and we would just get the managers number when we were leaving. Before walking out, I walked up to the counter and asked the cashier if they had a number we could have to speak with someone about our experience and she gave us a card with a direct number to the manager of the store. Turns out it was just the store number lol. Anyways, the cashier was nice and sweet but that girl behind the counter better check her attitude because there are people out in the world that aren't as understanding as we were that night. Chipotle has gone down hill a little bit and I believe it's because they'll hire anyone willing to make minimum wage.
