  • This hotel is very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and the bartender are excellent. The checkin process was quick and seamless. I stayed at this location for a conference weekend which meant Charolette was extremely busy. The hotel is in uptown however, far walk from the time warner or epic centre on a cold day. The location is not walking distance like they say. However, the hotel was great to provide a car service to anywhere you want to go downtown for 10. Since traffic was so bad the car service could not come pick us up for return trip. The rooms are nice it was clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. The room has poor lightning and random light switches that do not work any they must have forgot to take them out from remodeling. The lights switches that did work were hard to turn on and off. The bathroom in the room was small, since shower doesn't have full slide door the floor got wet. Overall the hotel is a great stay except location. I would stay there again if I'm in charolette on a warmer weekend because of the rooftop bar.
