I've done the hot Vinyasa here a few times. If you love a good warm/hot yoga where you get a great stretch and really sweat out this is for you. It is a clean studio, newer studio, Price is fair, they provide a wet towel at the end to wipe yourself and or your mat. There's cubbies to put your stuff and plenty of parking and the room is spacious enough that if you're running late you'll probably get a spot just fine. Also it smells very good and I don't detect any artificial fragrance, also doesn't stink too much like cold sweat so they do a good job keeping it nice.
If you are an old fart old school yogi who was raised in the practice of breathing and alignment try to stay centered and absolutel do not to look around the room too much. Very muscular fit people jamming themselves into positions they are not ready for all hunched and twisted and gasping. This is an example of what has become pervasive in yoga studios around the country, where the emphasis is on the "work out" and not necessarily essentially yoga. The instructor in this class was lovely and calm and authentic however and does remind ans give you time to breathe with your asana but it is a bit on on the fast-paced side. Example: go straight from Crescent into half-moon into Eagle without really time to get grounded, so stay strong and stay with your own breath! If remember all your teachings you can have a really great experience here.
