  • My husband and I get very educated before we make any big purchase, so even before we visited any dealerships, we knew what price we needed to get down to for the car we wanted to buy. We met with Brad at Chapman, who we had spoken to over the phone, but he needed to leave, so he handed us over to Eric. Eric listened to us then went and talked to Tyson, a sales manager, who promptly came out to talk to us and immediately recognized that we knew what was what... We very quickly hammered down a price that we could all could live with...within about 20 minutes! Everyone was extremely nice, respectful and happy to deal with us. And I'm very happy to be driving a new Genesis Coupe home :D
